There is a great technique that can help you to feel calm again. The great thing is you can do it anywhere as you just need to breathe. Count to 4 when you inhale, hold for a count of 1, and then exhale for 7 counts. Keep repeating this exercise until you feel calm. Remember to do this each time you start feeling overwhelmed.
